Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your EUX account directly in the app by going to:

Profile → Delete Account

You may also request account deletion by emailing us at:
info@xdiversified.com

To protect your account, the deletion request must be sent from the same email address linked to the EUX account you want deleted.

Please include:
Full Name
Email address linked to your EUX account
Request: “I would like to delete my EUX account.”

Once we receive your request, we will review and process the account deletion. We may contact you if we need to verify your request.

After your account is deleted, your personal profile information will be deleted or anonymized. Some records may be kept where required for payment, tax, legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or business record purposes.

If you have active orders, tickets, bookings, refunds, or disputes, your account deletion may be completed after those activities are finished, cancelled, or resolved.
